FIRST CANADIAN BERGER PICARD NATIONAL SPECIALTY August 6th, 2016
We are thrilled to invite you to the first Canadian Berger Picard National Specialty which will take place in beautiful and historic Québec City. What better place to set this new landmark for the breed than the exact place where the National breed Club was founded five years ago! To celebrate our amazing French herding breed we had to bring in a judge from France to do the honours of this first national specialty. Needless to say every effort is being made to make this event one everyone will remember for a very long time! For more details follow the link to our specialty website:http://tinyurl.com/j3ldt5p

Thank you!
We wish to thank everyone who took the time to give their
comments and support regarding our request to the Canadian Kennel Club for
accreditation as the national breed club for Canada. The outcome was very
positive and now our fate is in the hands of the Board of Directors of the CKC
for their final decision. It has been a long road, but we are very confident
that soon we will be in position to work diligently at the promotion and
protection of the Berger Picard in this country. We are working on different
projects but the date every Berger Picard fan will want to mark on their
calendar is September 21st, 2014. We will give you more details soon but in the
meantime, if you haven’t already done so, please take advantage of the last few
days of our pre-accreditation reduced membership rate and become a member in
good standing of our club.
We would like to have your comments on our CKC accreditation request.

It’s the last day to show your support to our CKC accreditation request. Please take a minute to register your comments. Only one condition; be a CKC member in good standing.

The Berger Picard deserves to have a recognized organisation to: represent the breed at the Canadian Kennel Club, participate in judge education seminars, organize specialties, work with the other breed clubs throughout the world, bring its contribution in research on health issues and most of all educate the public on the needs of this very special dog and preserve the integrity of his sheepdog qualities.
Thank you, your support will help us achieve our goals!
